Diversity Course for Managers & Supervisors
Most work environments are filled with people of different backgrounds, cultures, religions, races and national origins.
To help managers and employees recognize, accept and value differences in the workplace, the Pensacola Junior College Downtown Center offers “Diversity: Food for Thought” 1 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2. The cost is $64 per student.
This course explores attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate stereotypical thinking and teaches how to maximize all employee contributions to create an inclusive culture of development and productivity.
The PJC Downtown Center is located at 418 W. Garden St. in Pensacola. Register at any PJC campus or call (850) 484-1374.
